i have been threatened with a law suite by commercial collections of America on behalf of a1 leasing.
they have generously agreed to settle for $1,000 instead of the asking $10,000.00. i have nothing to show for even $1. they were misleading in the beginning.
i returned the two non-working lap tops and the work books, one had already been written in before i received it.

i did close my bank account after the first installment had been deducted. this all started in Oct 2006. i haven't heard anything before now. i thought they had dropped it, but i was wrong. if anyone has any information to help me, please let me know.
