Willis Uzzell advertises in .vendingconnection.com as A1 Location Finders to provide a locating services for vending machine operators. I contracted him to locate 20 script atm locations at $100 per location. He basically promised to provide it but after he was paid 50% (1,000) he basically dissapeared without a trace. Never do business with Willis Uzzell of Valparaiso IN.
He is a sweet talker.

When he was first contacted, he said that he will provide the service without up front money, (in which it is advertised on the website). Then at a later date, he changes his story and says that many operators he had worked for had not paid him for the work he did, so he need 25% deposit. He would later increase that to 50% or as much as he can get.

Willis has a pattern of not picking up his phone but later returning the phone call with an unlisted phone number. He is a scam artist and I hope no one out there will be tricked by him again.
