I chose this company for the reviews and the price however, the price given is not accurate and the "real" price is never communicated until the movers who are contracted out (not company movers) have your things in the truck. They will not unload your personal effects until full payment is made not when the job is complete.

We had 3 movers who were quite unprofessional (working without shirts!) moved slowly as the job was hourly and then once our personal effects were in the truck, they take the amount of time they took loading the truck and double it.

This was not explained by Wayne the "owner" nor was he available the day of the move. There was no manager on duty and a very poorly trained person by the name of Michael who was taking the company calls that simply stated that if I do not pay, I do not get my things.

To make things worse, the police were called as the movers got into a verbal altercation with my son!

Upset with the deceit, the poorly trained movers and the poorly handled situation I felt compelled to share my experience with this company.

To make things worse, the movers actually told me that they get many upset customers due the actual cost and not the quoted cost of moving.

I was then told that the actual reviews that were written were written by the owner!

Regardless to what the contracted movers stated, my experience with this company should be a red flag to you and your decision regarding a moving company.

I have had used many movers and have never had an experience such as this one and though I will use movers again in the future, it will not be with this company.

By the way, the "owner" Wayne has yet to make a follow up call regarding our move and satisfaction. I do not think he has the professional ethics to do so either as his trained help Michael proved to me that this company is poor managed and poorly executing the services for which it is desperately trying to achieve.

Best of luck with your decision in finding the right movers, keep looking...do not use this moving company...you will be so sorry!

By the way, the movers are not organized and not fast and cursed profusely and we found out that one of them had a warrant out for his arrest and actually told my son he had marijuana on his person as he did not want to talk with the police who showed up....real characters working for this company...scary!
