A1 Wireless Usa Ripoff, deceptive, fraudulent rebates Long Island City New York

Well gang, all i can say today is that today i fell a victim to this wireless company. I purchased my phone on 12-14-04. I have been calling for three months now to find out the status on my Tmobile rebates. Well today I called the phone number listed on this complaint and to my surprise i was informed that i am not going to recieve my rebate either.

I spoke with "Pratik", gentleman who answered the phone. He states that they did recieve my rebate requests. He managed to tell me that i mailed two rebates. One was mailed too early to qualify for rebate, and the other rebate was rejected due to "somehow" recieving the 2nd rebate one month too late. "Pratik", stated that there is noting that he could do. And thats its up to the customer to make sure that they follow up on the rebates.

I questioned as to why wasnt notified that i mailed the rebates (one early and one late). He stated that they are so busy that they do not have time to follow up on rebates...well people a1 wireless is pulling s great scam. Denying rebates is their moto i guess.

I am surprised that since this company is based out of New York, attorney general, Eliot SPitzer, hasnt done something about this company. (He finds coruption everywhere but somehow missed this company). Same with Arnold Diaz, Channel 2 News, he normally has a nose for this kind of stuff.

Just read the other complaints on this website dedicated to this compnay. we all cant be wrong on the deceptive practices by a1 wireless. THey are a total scam... denying customers rebates... rebates they never intend to pay out... something should be done with this company... thats why i decided to post on this website... its a shame!!!

Acutally its a crime... lets see if anything comes out of this, "People of america"..lets unite and let not a1 wireless continue to decieve the public. If anyone from the media does read this please help us fight this company... we need to stop a1 wireless once and for all
