I purchased a VPS from A7GZ back in March 2012. My VPS had a lot of outages and their server is very oversold. Their support is very bad, I have opened several tickets and not one reply.

Now lets get down to the real nitty gritty. Back in October 2012, my VPS (and many others) went down and it was a couple days later when they sent everyone an email saying they're moving to a different data center (I am assuming this is because they got kicked out of it). Then for the next month, my VPS was not working and they never replied to any of the tickets I sent.

It was December 1st 2012 that I received an email saying that everything is now working again and they gave me my new login information. Well, everything is not back to normal and I still can't access my server. They just moved everyones cPanel accounts over and deleted everything else in their VPS. So now we are all stuck with cPanel reseller accounts (that I can't even login to) instead of the VPS we paid for.

It is now February 2013 and nothing is working still. I have sent them hundreds of emails and not one reply. I was able to get a hold of him once through the live chat which he said "I will get it fixed ASAP". Well, that was 3 or 4 months ago now and he never did anything. They also sent an automated email trying to cover their butts by saying "Some reviews is fake and not customers to make us down" and that they will compensate their customers for the problems they had (this was also sent back in January and not one reply about it).

I have sent numerous complaints to their data center and payment provider so they are now "under review" and I'm not going to stop until something is done. They sent me an invoice for $120 thinking that I would renew my VPS when I don't even have a VPS anymore and not even a reseller account that I was supposed to get instead. Anyone else that was a victim of this company, you should contact their payment provider (2CO) and file a complaint. The more complaints they have, the faster they will be shut down!

I wouldn't even give these guys a 1 out of 10, they are a real big joke and they have been nothing but a hassle!
