I hired AAAC wildlife removal for a bat problem at my home, after months of them not being able to solve the problem I hired another company and emailed them saying I was cancelling my services and asked for a refund. The owner I believe replied and told me she was glad to FIRE me as a customer, told me I had a funny name and trashed her competition. I have uploaded a screenshot of this email conversation as you must see it with your own eyes to believe it. I have never seen a company or its owner act in this way, it had me flabergasted. My original email asking to cancel services was extemely polite and simply said I was cancelling, that I had hired another company and would like a refund for unfinished work. I think that the email speaks for itself of what kind of company and what kind of person the owner is. For the record I fired you AAAC!
