AAffordable auto repair Took advantage of me Gaylord Michigan

 i took my car in there because I was having troubles and it would not start when I took it there they told me it would be a cheap and easy fix so i okayed the labor. well one day past and they told me that I needed this one part and then that would be it. then another day past and they said i will need this part 2 and then it'll be fixed .well after 2 weeks of them working on my car they had me at $4,500 and the car still wasn't running when i told them I could not afford to put any more money into it they took my car out of their shop and did not tighten or put anything back together on it so I had to take my car to another place to have it put back together. when I took it to another place they said that all the hose clamps transmission shifter and computer was not put back in my car and also the fuel pump cover was taken off when I asked what was wrong with my car and why it would not run they told me all I had was a bad spark plug wire. I said how much would that cost and they told me it would be $25 so all the work that affordable auto did was uncalled for when all I had wrong with my car was a bad spark plug wire now I'm out $4,500 so I really hope someone reads this review and thinks twice before going there. if you want a reliable place to get your car worked on and cheap I recommend going to alpine transmission the mechanics are honest and you will get your car back in one piece and a heads up for the owner he is a very bad temper and he will not work with you at all at affordable auto and also they knew I was a veteran so this is how they treat people that fight for your country.....
