When they took me to see a property in Puerto Vallarta, I fell in love with it right away. They requested a deposit of $26,000, which I gave them. After a few weeks, I got in touch with them to arrange a second meeting so we could sign the contract, but there was still a problem. They said that there was a document issue and that more time was required. Then they called me and said that I was responsible for paying for the property because it was registered in my name, but they failed to provide me with any paperwork to prove this.

They're offering for sale real estate without titles. Please take caution!

I'm talking to the authorities right now.
