Unfortunatly i have past dealing with Jared McCabe. He hired me to perform a job in Overgard aproximatly 6 years ago. He had a company up in Snow Flake called M & M Cleaning and Restoration. He ran that company into the grownd. He milked all he could out of it and fled the area ripping off everyone involved including family members. Sounds like his dishonest dealing with insurance companies have not changed since he was on the mountian. He had a repfor taking adjusteron trips ( i heard Vegas) to gain there bussiness. He took me for aproximatly 8k.He hired my cousin and one of his our to go to TX and work. Riped them off. It sounds like he is in the same cycle as before. All he will do is dissolve his company and will be protected by corporate laws when everything catches up with him.He took on bussiness partners up here just before he fled takingthere money with him. He also borrowed 2 dehumidifier from my brother and never returned them. Aprox $2800 worth of equipment. He is as crooked as they come. The good thing is he now has a bond you can collect on.All you have to do is take him to court. When you win you file a claim with his Bond company, give them the ruling and the money is yours. You don't have to file a complaint with the ROC. For non payment the ROC will also suspend their licence but they are aprox a year out form a hearing. Best of luck i hop you can collect. For sure he will one day have to answer for his actions.With his religious believe he knowes this.

You are part of this great deception.  In the begining I was told that you were the only one that might have any integerty.  I can see by your actions that you have chosen to follow in your brothers footsteps.  Please read what I told you in the first report about your reputation. Jared is a lier and a crook.  You are too if you claim that we did no work for you two Bozo's.  How can you sleep at night Dallas?  What is right is right. This is not about the money for me.  Your friends know what you two cheaters are about.  Hell, you even brag to them about how you have taken insurance companies for a ride. Do I need to explain?  Like I said Dallas, your reputation is so important in this life. It has caught up with you.  What are your kids going to think about yours and Jared's actions.  Don't you think they will find out?  I feel sorry for your children.  It is already known throughout Queen Creek what you two have done.  Queen Creek is a small town and people talk.  You have lost jobs recently because of your reputation.  Moving your office to Mesa drive isn't going to help. You are now going to involved Tim in this mess.  I thank you for your concern with my company.  We are doing just fine.  I have great subs that will bust there butts for me.  Unlike you two crooks I pay them what we agree upon.  I work with my subs on a handshake and my word.  While other compaines are shutting down in my industry we are growing.  I understand a complaint was filed with the BBB last night.  I heard the Labor Board and the Regester is next.  Also, did you pay the state sales tax on the work preformed. hummmm    I have heard that people are so angery at you two crooks that this is going go on and on.  That is until your pay what is honestly owed.  Not a settelment figure, not a guess but what is honestly owed the people that busted butt for you two clowns.    

Once again chris has nothing better to do than to bash other people. His own business has failed and yet again its someone elses fault. Amazing. Chris is mysteriously owed money and cannot provide a job number or an address to the job he did. He wants a blank check. Sounds to me like everybody owes chris something. Attention homeowners, subcontractors and other business owners if you think you are owed and cannot provide any documentation for the claims against someone how does a person pay? The great thing about Rip off report is you need no evidence or documentation to make a claim. I can make one on who ever i want to. I could be false and it would not matter. Chris you are the best person we know and hope you continued effort in your attempts to continue to lie, cheat and steal. You are a model person to follow for dishonesty.
