Their movers stole our items during the move. And they have refused to reimburse us for them. STAY WITH THE MOVING TRUCK ALWAYS. They claimed they were going to get something to eat. We're missing about $850 worth of items. They offered us $97. STAY AWAY. Not trustworthy with your valuables.

It is not Aaron Transfer & Storage policy to take our customers furniture. Aaron Transfer and Storage is regulated by the Texas Department of Transportation and we follow the rules.

Aaron Transfer & Storage has a claims department which follows the Texas Department of Transportation policies and procedures. All claims are processed in a timely and fair manner. I do not have any records indicating that this customer filed a claim.
