 I have been paying on my living room set for 22mo always paying in a timely manor. I noticed about three months ago  that my couch was ripping from the inner cushion on my love seat. The love seat mind you is rarely used. I had called the lawrence location several times and nobody would do anything except give me an attitude and inform me no manager available. making these payments monthly on damaged furniture is ridiculous. I got a call after the fact I called corporate and was advised I would recive a call from an outside agency w/in a wk who would fix it. never recieved the call... finally got this call after calling the store location again, and this man named joe decides to tell me he can come to my home at the end of march to take pictures of the couch and send them to AArons to see "what they want to do". I am thinking this is ridiculous, a month out and still will have no anwsers?? I ask for a call back from the GM Josh.. Never recieved this call.. "surprise"... Today i call corporate and recieve a call from a supposed head honcho.. who basically tells me I can deal with this, if I do not make my payments they will mark my credit and treated me unlike i have ever been treated. I am a consumer who has paid in more than 2k to these people and they do nothing to help anybody. They treat you like you are worthless and wasting there time. I am going to make an effort to tell everone what horricle people the store location has working there as well as this heafd honcho who likes to degrade and belittle people.

I am sitting here laughing that you would take the time out to write this ridiculous post... pay attention because this is the right way to spell RIDICULOUS!!! I did not ask for money, I only owe 300 ok... point being my 5 mo old daughter did not ruin this couch. I highly doubt she is capable of this. As for IQ, i have a bachelors degree and make more in a month than you make in a year. I also am assuming you are just one of those rude foreigners in the lawrence location lol Sorry!

I have perfect credit, own a beautiful car and home... OK also, I only want to be a heard consumer, not asking for money asking to help fix a damaged product. Thats IT!!!!!!!

So you can keep your pathetic comments and insults to yourself. This sociopath has more than you would ever hope to have in your life. I'm sorry your so miserable that you take the time out of your day to insult and assume things about people you do not know. HAAAA

 It is unfortunate but this IS damage that occured while in YOUR possesion. As you have stated you have had it for atleast 23 months. This means given your "handle" its a good bet your kids play on the love seat. YOUR damages, YOUR issue. Nothing more. You cant stop paying on the furniture NOW, you do not list the damages as a reason to NOT pay them previously. So it IS a recent occurance. Unless you have an extended warrenty that covers normal wear and tear, they are not going to do anything for YOUR couch.

To expect them to do so is rediculous on your end. Its OBVIOUS that you dont have a warrenty. Youre NOT reporting a "GREAT INJUSTICE" here. Oh to YOU it may seem to be so , but since you display sociopathic tendancies, its ONLY in your mind. The reality is NO ONE IS GOING TO PAY FOR YOUR ISSUE!!!!!

Stop trying to play the victim, it doesnt work for you. Stop trying to use the web to embarrass them, it wont work. YOU have a ISSUE with YOUR loveseat. Stop trying to place the blame on innocent parties and ACCEPT the FACT that it is YOUR loveseat that YOU or YOUR KIDS damaged it.

I swear did you just get dropped on your head too much as a child?? You obviously have enough IQ points to read and type, but not enough to see the issue for what it is. YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO SCAM THEM TO FIX YOUR LOVESEAT!!!!!Ripping implys force. Force means intent. Intent means someone did this and just didnt tell you. I knoe you think your kids are angels, but we ALL know better. Their destructive monsters and I wouldnt be surprised if one of them did it and just didnt tell you.  Odds are though given both the tone and undertone of your post, that they DID tell you and youre just looking for some deep pockets to pay for your issue.
