Aarons Sales And Lease Ownership/Misty Manager Not credited account and threaten to call police and also threaten to enter my home when I was not ther. Florissant Missouri

Rented merchandise from aarons was always on time until nov 15 unable to make full payment but did pay 120.00 on acct was told that was fine . Well come Nov 30 received a statement and have on account different total was told they took it upon themselves and change due dates. well dec 1 came and payment was due called to let them know I get paid on 15th and 30 of each month same as when I filled out application. told them I could bring 100.00 on Dec 13 and pay the rest on Dec 30 was told not acceptable because I was 759.00 behind.

I asked how was that possible and if that much behind why I was not called Misty tried to say did not have my phone which was a lie had the same number and it was on file and have contacted me before because had a problem with water running out of the washer and was running behind because was coming to fix.

Now all of a sudden did not have number . Tried to speak with Misty to try and resolve was aware a payment was due but not 759.00 once again she said well payment is going due on the first and you need to pay that also or when need to come and get merchandise spoke very rudely I asked for her manager spoke with him and was told records was showing I was due for the 759.00 advised not due for Jan 1 yet said that was the policy .

Well i advised could come and get merchandise on Dec 19th at 12:00 manager Fred said he would put in the book for 12:00 noon explained to him the y need to be there at that time because had things to do said will be there. Well on Dec 19 was at home at 11:30 until 3:00 pm and no aarons called around 3:15 and was told they came at 11:00 ok well me and Misty had words because I asked why would you come at 11:00 and I told the person 12:00 I knew I was not going to be there at 11:00 that's why I scheduled 12:00 sd will they don't work around me . Advised will more than welcomed to come and get property when i get back in town because i was leaving for the holidays and i did my part was there not my problem they came early .

Misty said was calling the police because I stole property and was going to come in my home was waiting until i returned from out of town informed here did not have permission in my home and if entered while not there i will sue. Contacted other store and spoke with a Shawn and was informed aaron's does not have the right to enter my home without my permission and if she did I had the right to sue because their policy is that they're not allowed to enter without my permission..

So I informed her if she trepass i will sue .I will gladly return merchandise when I return home because I will not give these people a another dime of my money ....
