Aarons sales and services rent to own is a big ripoff. i went to them for a computer, then i needed a stove and then went and got my kids a gator riding toy and bc i got in a bad financial situation they started calling everyday 15 times an day and it was non stop. i didnt have a problem paying them people there money but they didnt care about anything but there selves and i paid my computer off 3 weeks after i got it, and now they claim there computer says it has never been paid off which id bull.

then they send there guys out here to get all nasty and lippy with my boyfriend when i wasnt home and i think it is just so wrong how they rip people off the store manager is a big joke .so i would not recommend anyone to rent from aarons there ripoffs and a big joke .i wish they would shut all there stores down for what they are doing to people its either i want my money back or i get to keep my computer.

The manager is your best friend when you start an contract with Aarons but they become your worst nightmare when you hit a "bump" in the road.  The price you pay is three times the retail value of the products.  Go to Kmart and lay it away and OWN IT! Go to a Farmers and buy the exact same stuff for 1.3 of the costs.  DONT GO TO AARONS RIP OFFS!

I disagree

I personally have to disagree with your assessment of aarons sales and service. I have purchased several items through them and have been completely satisfied.

A business doesnt need to be concerned with your "financial hardships" in order to provide their services. People who are late making payments to a place such as this are in violation of the contract they signed. If your financial situation is unstable perhaps you would be further ahead to simply save the money to buy the items outright rather than blaming a company for not caring about your situation.

In closing if you are constantly finding yourself in financial hardships perhaps a computer (which I am certain you aquired so you could use the internet another non-essential item) is something you could do without. Basically I don't see where people like you get off bad mouthing a company because you can't afford to keep up your end of the contract.
