I would re-read your lease agreement. If you require an additional copy contact your local store's General Manager or Customer Accounts Manager, Im sure they will be more than willing to assist you. From working in this field for over 5 years now, I can assure you that picking up a customer's merchandise is the last resort for 2 reasons 1. They normally dont come back ( loss of business ) 2. Now have to deal with a used piece of merchandise which sells for less profit. Take the time to call the store and see what is going on, If your accounts are infact past due work a solution with them, there are several options available to you. If that does not work do not hesitate to file a complaint with the national call center, these complaint reports go directly to the stores franchise principals ( if a franchise ) as well as their Regional management staff.
