Aastro Transmission ripoff, misdiagnosis of alleged diagnostic on charging system Tucson Arizona

Okay, back in November 2004, while at work my car wouldn't start, it wouldn't turn over fast enough to start engine, this was after hours so I had to get a ride home, and call a tow truck the next day, happened to be Aastro Transmission since one of their store was right acrossed from where I live and I could walk to and from it.

They towed it and ran a diagnostic, they claimed that battery was dead and recharged it, but the following night it did the same thing, but I continued trying to turn it over until it finally cranked, I took it to Sears the next day where I bought the battery to have it checked and it was okay, but it kept turning over real slow, that mechanic determined that is was a starter and I had a new one put on, Aastro transmission charged $126.00, $45.00 was for the towing, rest of it was idiot charges.
