Called and spoke to Rick about getting networking done for office computers. He assured me he or one of his techs would be at my place at 8 am on Saturday April 1st, 2006. I left a message confirming the appointment on Friday the 31st. At 8:05 am, Rick called to say he wouldn't send anyone out. When I started to question why, he hung up on me.
As a business owner myself, I don't understand this disrespectful treatment of a customer. My learning lesson is never do business with a company that doesn't list their address. They obviously have a reason to hide how you can get to them.

This guy calls monday explains job, I give him estimate and plan to start job Sunday. Friday morning he calls, wants me to come out there (1 hour trip) to re estimate the job. I declined the job at that point. Anybody that changes the parameters of a contract doesn't force me to have to accept it. I wasn't doing 4 hours of unpaid work for this guy( Drive, Estimate, Drive Back). NEVER Since I was so busy Friday & Saturday I couldn't do his job. SINCE HE CHANGES THE PARAMETERS LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE JOB WAS TO START.......
He GOT WHAT HE DESERVED
