Ripoff Company that operates from PO Boxes, as shown above. They operate without the proper license and insurance on every state.
Beware here is my experience with them and after taking them to small claim here in Las Vegas, NV, I have not received payments for the damages.
Owned and operated by a Jaime Velarde an individual without business ethical principals that would make false statements against customers in order for him to avoid payments of damages to my vehicle.

ABC American Valet / ABC Valet Inc ABC American Valet employee drove my classic 1965 Karmaghia against a wall and refuse to pay for damage Westlake Village, California, Nevada, Arizona, Florida

On October 18, 2007 I attended an event in Henderson NV.

I arrived at 6:30 PM driving my 1965 classic Karmaghia. It was a lot of people waiting in line. They had hired ABC American Valet as the valet company and gave my car to the attendant.

When was time for me to pick up my car, I approached the lady attendant and gave her my ticket I noticed the disarray of keys on the little table that they had and were trying to find the guess keys with a flashlight and could not find my key. Finally it was found and was given to a young attendant. He went to the end of the street to a vacant lot were the cars were parked.

I waited enough time to see that people that came after me were leaving already. I approached the lady again an asked her where is my car Is coming she said, then I noticed the young man that took my keys, walking back from the vacant lot, and I asked him Were is my car? ..We had a little problem, he said, I drove your car against a wall

What do you mean? I asked I though I had it in reverse, I could not figure out, and it went forward. I want to see it bring it over, I said, Can not be driving, he respond it.

The magnitud of the damage did not allow me to drive it because the front left fender is against the tire, the front end of the car is off center. I had to take a taxi to go home.

Next morning Friday I called the local office at 3230 E. Flamingo Rd Suite 307 Las Vegas, NV. to place a claim and spoke to the person in charge her name is Michelle, I told her what happened, she said that she was aware and was waiting for her broker to call her back. I asked to speak to the owner and she said OH you don't want to speak to him is not going to be pretty.????? I told her that I will call her insurance company and she said that only she can speak that their insurance was Lloyd of London and she was dealing with the broker and I was not authorized to speak with him. I give you five minutes to call me back.

She never did so I called Duran Insurance Bros. Spoke with Mr. Duran. And kind of upset he informed me that They know they are not cover in Nevada only in California, and that they were told several times.
Not only they are not insured in Nevada but I could not find any business license for them in Las Vegas.

Still today after demand letters, and copy of the body shop estimate of almost $6,000.00 in damage they have ignored the request.

They are conducting business here in Las Vegas from a UPS postal office, again with no insurance nor a business license.

Beware they have offices in California, Nevada, Arizona and Florida and I wonder if they are license or bonded on those states.
