I was living at one of the properties now owned by this dumb crook landlord Mr. "Abdol Chalak" and his gang of dumb crooks.
First of all, before this landlord bought the apartment complexes at 508 and 506 Hope Terrace, everything was FINE. Rent was reasonable, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything was well maintained and clean. There was no landlord or managment on site! It was a dream!
Then, unfortunately these grubby crooks bought the complex and EVERYTHING went downhill from there. First a moron named "Dan" started showing up at the complex and harrassing tennants as they entered and left their apartments all day long. He would generally waste your time saying things like "oh please dont use so much water in your apartment money money so expensive". Then he started wasting people's time by getting into nonesensical conversations that lasted up to 15 minutes at a time. This moron seemed to think that we consider it a "priviledge" to be talking to him and having our time wasted.
Then the construction started (the place was fine and not in need of construction - they were trying to justify a rent increase). Then they started telling us that they need to enter our apartments for various nonesensical reasons. One time our water heater needed replacement and we called the management company in charge of the complex and they replaced it right away - then the Chalak morons started yelling at us saying "Water heater too expensive too expensive please please please don't call management company expensive ahhhh! WHY YOU CALL THE APARTMENT MANAGMENT COMPANY? MONEY MONEY MONEY SO MUCH. IT COST $400 to replace because they dont know cheap YOU CALL US!" The nagging over the water heater replacement went on for WEEKS!
Dan the Moron then started begging me for the key to my apartment...he wouldn't stop! He kept sitting around near the door usually like a stray dog saying "you go out I can't come in no fix toilet no repair need to replace toilet too much water too much water" so of course I finally (and quite regretabaly as you will see later) let Dan make a copy of my apartment key.
Then they raised the rent $200 of course.
Then construction continued for weeks...they started cutting down trees all day long on SUNDAYS! We had to call the police it was so bad. Then they started doing cosmetic work our balconies, except the noise again continued ALL DAY LONG FOR WEEKS. Everybody in the entire neighborhood was flabbergasted by the noise and of course it was RIGHT NEXT TO OUR EAR, unlike the other people in the neighborhood that had to tolerate this for weeks. Then they decided that they dont want to pay the contractor, making up some excuse I guess. The contractor litterally blew up and a fight broke up between Dan The Moron and the contractor. Everything was left half finished. For a while we couldnt enter our apartments without walking through a smelly TAR LIKE material on the balconies. Of course they did absolutely nothing about this half finished job.
The nagging continued for months! "Please please water to expensive! Were you washing your car!?!? YOU CANT WASH CAR! ARE YOU SURE IT WASNT YOU WASHING CAR? ARE YOU SUREEE? NO WASHING CAR! PLEASE TELL PEOPLE FOR ME NO WASHING CAR PLEASE GIVE ME NAME OF PEOPLE WASHING CAR"
Next thing I know, the crooks at the Sunnyvale Police suddenly showed up at my place and began towing my car from my car port. They told me there was nothing I could about it since they had "my" signature on a registered letter from the crooks at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety's car theft division. (I told the Sunnyvale COP at the scene named DOUGLAS LAMAR that I never saw any letter and he showed me a letter which had been signed by ABDOL CHALAK the crook landlord, months ago. Chalak never bothered telling me about it). By then, Douglas LAMAR knew it wasn't my signature but decided to steal my car anyway. LAMAR allowed the tow truck driver to bully me by revving his engines (to fill the air up with smoke) and yelling at me to back out my car voluntarily. I never got my car back!
Finally we had it! We told them we want to move out and "Dan" suddenly became really nasty and wasn't our "friend" anymore. He started making wierd threats for no reason saying things like "WE CAN COME IN APARTMENT ANYTIME WE WANT WE COME WE BRING PEOPLE TO LOOK AT YOUR PLACE WE CAN DO ANYTIME ASK YOUR LAWYER!" Ok. Then he started getting nastier. He said "I GO IN YOUR APARTMENT CARPET DAMAGE CARPET DAMAGE!" There was a bleach stain on the rug which was there when we moved in. We had already filled a report with the previous landlord and the management company which oringally rented the property to us, but Dan started crying he said "MAYBE YOU RENT FOR FIRST TIME IN AMERICA YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGE WE BRING IN EXPERT TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT".
I was so fed up with these nasty parasites that I started moving to my new place early, little by little. One day I came to pick up some of my stuff and Dan's car was parked in my carport port. Ok. Then I go up to my apartment and guess what! Dan and his wife are in my apartment PAINTING. They have moved all MY furniture and asked PG&E to cancel the request to turn the power off so that they can PAINT MY APARTMENT WHEN I STILL HAVE 1 WEEK LEFT! Dan started a big fight because he had been caught red handed and was trying to make it look like this break-in was "my fault". He goes "WHY YOU ASK PG&E TURN OFF POWER WHY? WHY? I TELL THEM GO AWAY"
I kicked him and his wife out of my apartment course and locked the door. For about an hour he stood in front of my window staring in like a dog that had been left outside in the rain for being a bad dog. I went to my neighbor's place, got a camera and started photographing their painting activities and the moved furniture.
Then of course came the theft. Abdoodool Chalak called me and started "asking" for my permission to keep hundreds of dollars of my security deposit for the carpet which was damaged before we even moved in. He begged for 1 hour! He ignored the fact that a report had already been filed when we moved in telling the previous landlord that the carpet was damaged. The pathetic animal kept saying "Please please dont do this to us! We pay money so much money $2 milllion to buy apartment no money WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT THAT?". At the end of the begging he said Haha you don't want me keep money because you don't make enough but you dont take me to court please dont take me to court very very embarrasing for us! You dont take me to court for few hundred dollar!"
At last its over. Of course ABDOL CHALAK DID steal my money and did not reimburse me for taking over my apartment without permission and painting it and damaging my furniture due to the painting and the leaky roof which had also damaged all my books.
If you are renting anywhere in California make sure it is not owned by ABDOL the parasitic crook or any of his gang! This report will remain on-line until all monies owed to me are paid back with interest.
