I am an international student who happened to need to go to a museum in Dallas from my destination Denton. I look up for a taxi cab online and book me a cab the night before the day of destination. When the time of the appointment came I didn't see a cab or hear anything from the company so I called them. Being late for my plans, calling the company helped me get a cab an hour late of time. Sadly, this was the guy who took advantage of my smile and kindness in having a conversation. After he drove me to the museum, he wanted a tip and gives me this story about Islam since he noticed i am a Muslim so I gave him a tip. He tells me when I am done just call him and he gave me his card. I did so. After entering the car and some talk, I noticed the meter was off and I told him about it. He said it is the same cost which was a lie. The guy was driving much faster and the road was much clearer. Also, I managed to ask about it and the price would have been much different. The estimated price is from $65-75. I got $82.75 to Dallas and $78.75 back. Not only that, he wanted another tip. I was so angry to find out he robbed me good. I called him but he was absolutely rude and bad manner. I called the supervisor and he said he can’t help me because it was not done through the company.
