Absolute Internet Marketers Inc, AKA AIM, Brandon Yeghoian This Hesperia CA

This company was highly recommended to my by a company that was coaching me on building my business credit.  I liked the person I was working with and I trusted him.   It took me a long time before I actually took his advice to finally get my own website.  I wasn't making a lot of money yet, so I didn't want to spend a lot if I didn't need to.  I was finally convinced and signed up with AIM who were marketing specialist that would build a website and make my company stand out, complete with SEO and whatever it was needed to people could find me and I would appear more credible.

The first thing that happened was that it took much longer than promised to get my website up, although it did finally get up.  Communication is the WORST with this company.  I also have a full time job and spend half my day emailing people in other countries, so why can't they respond by email?  I did kind of ignore this problem for quite awhile after the website was finally up.

I finally got past the first year of the payments of my website, which he promised would report to the credit bureaus to help me build credit and was only a monthly $99 hosting.  According to them, this fee also included any changes I might want to make to my website.  To this day, I don't know if they ever did report anything to the credit bureaus.  I still only show a few vendors on my report.

I was very busy working a full time job and trying to get my real estate business off the ground, so I didn't have time to follow up and make complaints about the small issues.  It took so much effort to get any changes done.  The biggest issue is quickly changing property information as they are for sale, or becoming pending sales, or become sold.  This needs to be updated on a regular basis and wasn't happening.  Chris is the one that does the online work and he would respond to my email and say "I'll take care of it" and then only do one of the three things I asked.  I was looking around for someone else to host my website and also read the fine print on the contract which read that I could not take my website with me to another host.  I was ready to go somewhere else and began pricing.  But then....

The last straw was this December 2013 when the $99/monthly fee hit my account twice AND he "accidentally" debited my account for $699.00.  I called Brandon within 20 minutes of this large mistake since I get text messages about large debits and he said he was firing his new accountant and he had gotten many phone calls about this mistake and he promised it was just a mistake.  Well, I kept waiting for the credit to come and it never did.  The bank told me I had to wait 15 business days to dispute the charge.  I waited and nothing happened.

I am now disputing the charge through the bank and have cancelled my card so that no more charges can be made.  I do not trust this guy Brandon Yeghoian at all.  I think he is lying through his teeth.  Their company is suppposed to be great at internet marketing and when you search for their company you can only find a similarly named company in Florida.  (Don't want to confuse this company with that one.)  Their website doesn't even have a way for you to contact them. What kind of marketing company is that?
