It's amazing how easy it is for one to defame or turn a situation negatively on the innocent. Any persons can file a ripoff report about anyone or any company or boss or whatever! That's just the way life & this world is. 

Nevertheless my aim in this is not to continue fighting with the scammer who can easily continue in his endeavor to file bogus reports about me. Instead I'd just like to clarify a few things for the benefit of those who may come across this negativity off me & are considering working or partnering with me in future.

I have nothing to hide, i am not tied up with any negative online activity. I am an online Affiliate Marketer working with various niches successfully. I'll openly reveal some of my websites as i have nothing to hide:

watchseriesonline247.com/ - this site use to provide viewers with full series online, streaming from other third party websites. When i learnt that this could be conflicting with media and television networks, this site immediately diverted to providing trailers or snippets from movies, series etc. and not the entire program.

securityguardshq.com/ - This is is a a simple information site that provides career advice to those interested in the niche. 

onlinecasinosouthafrican.co.za/ - and yes i have a share/partnership with a person in online casinos - providing honest reviews and info to casino Players in SA about casino secrets, bonuses, government legislation etc.. theres nothing illegal in what i do. Infact this site even attempts to educate/guards Players from getting scammed by online casinos in the event of their shutting down overnight with excuses of legislation. 

This negative ripoff report about me was filed by the person who accepted a lot of money from me for a business I purchased from him and failed to deliver. I have all proof of emails and moneybookers transfer to the seller for verification purposes. So if anyone (now & in future) wanting to partner in business comes across this - i'm willing to disclose all verification docs to prove this bogus report of me. It's a pity there's just not option to attach it here.

When i realised i was being scammed i made several attempts to sort this out directly with the person in question.. it went on for months and eventually i decided to lodge a complaint especially when i saw more people getting caught with this exactly how i was.

When i mentioned that i will notify others of his ill-mannered scam of stealing hard-earned money, i was told that he would easily make up stuff about me and turn the situation around and destroy my reputation and will make it so believable in that he's file reports from different IPs and PCs reflecting different geo areas. I continued nevertheless not realising that this person was all too smart and a pro at doing this many times before. When i logged the first ripoff report this is when he also went ahead and construed this entire report of me.

I also noticed multiple reports about this person by other victims previously. I do realise after this that I should have rather not filed this report of a person who was well versed in his field of covering his tracks and turning the situation on me. Obviously i was in his territory when it came to this.

NB. Again, my aim here is not to continue this battle of ripoff reports nor add fuel to the fire or provoke the person who did me wrong.. hence i ignored this for a while but decided to clarify this now as i was asked about this this month. 

My response to this is merely to peacefully bring clarity to this entire situation & pray that this person in question stops this and comes to the realisation of transparent honest business ethics. I count this not only a loss of funds on my end but a great lesson when dealing with strangers online no matter how convincing it may seem.. the sad lesson also stands as 'dishonest until proven honest'! I've forgiven the person, wrote it off, let it go and trusted that this negative experience brings me the due success & returns in business for my innocent losses.. and I see this favour everyday in my humble strive to transact transparently and honestly. Great & vital learning curve for me!

I trust that this does not provoke anything further but simply clarifies my intent of business & as an indiviudual.
