He wanted to use the money to get a gift for his wife, for their wedding anniversary tomorrow. He offered me 3 jackets. I apologized nicely and was lucky not to fall victim. Downtown Toronto, King St E and Lower Sherboune.  I was parking my car and this thick Italian sounding guy asked for directions to Pearson Airport. He said when you come to Italy, he would take me out for dinner, then he started talking about some jackets he got as a bonus. He asked what my size was and then showed me various jackets that really looked nice.  He said he had too much to bring home to Italy and would be taxed a lot of money for and would not have enough money to buy his wife a gift. He offered to give me 3 leather jackets for CAD 4,000.00. I said I don’t have that much cash, he offered me to take me to the ATM, and asked how much I could take out. When I said $500, he said he would take $500 for the 3. I am not into jackets, so I apologized nicely and walked away. He seemed upset. When I got back to my desk, I looked up his name and was glad someone had reported it to ripoffreport.com !

Beware of guy driving Chrysler Jeep purportedly from a company A. C Collezioni Milano named Michele A.  (He didn't give a family name).  He is about mid 40's to early 50;s in age, 68-69 inches in height, thin with greyish hair, glasses and dresses well.
