I have gotten many calls in one day from this collection company they told me that if I did not pay the amount on the account that they would be sending the cops to my house. I had offered to make payment arrangements they said thath they would not accept this and then they went on to threaten going after my husband and his account even through we do not have an account together. I offered again to make payment arrangements they continued to tell me no and that the only way they would do this is if I gave them a valid credit card which I can not do because I do not have any credit cards. I took out the loan I know that it needs to be payed back but in the meen time of taken out the loan I lost my job my car and am just getting back on my feet my husband is on SSI so our income is not much. This is the only time I have heard for any one in regards to this matter and it was like they are threatening me withjail time if I do not pay in full today.If I had the money I would pay but thats why i offered to make arrangements with them sending money orders but thye refusred any offer of payments.
