Acaiberry Detox - Acai Berry Detox I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry detox on Dec. 23rd 2008.Three days later I was chrgd $8.25 for ship & handling when i have not received the product yet.I hd a bad idea about it so,I called and cancelled the product.My cancellation # 376238.The rep (Able)stated that the product was cancelled.Come Jan.23rd,09 a chrg of 87.13 was taken from my chkg acct. I ordered Acai Berry Detox on Dec. 23rd,2008. Three days later they took $8.25 from my checking acct before i received the product. A week past and I still have'nt recieved it .So I decided to call and cancel the order,cancellation #276238. The rep (John) stated that the product was already sent out. So I could not be reinbursed for the shipping and handling. I stated that I no longer wanted the product. He sd that the product that was on its way was the free trial and that I already pd for it when they took $8.25 from my checking account.
On Jan. 23rd, 2009,I was charged $87.13 which was pending but later was taken from my checking acct. So I called 866-949-0138 to let them know that I cancelled the order in Dec. The rep (Able)stated that he had no record of this. He apologized and stated he was going to go ahead and cancel the membership canellation# 170572. So they can't give me a refund because I waited after 14 days to cancel the order. We went bck and forth and he refused to take my confirmation#. He stated he would send my acct over to the refund dpt. and they would send me a e-mail regarding my refund. Today is Jan. 29th and still have not heard from this company. So I called today and spoke with A rep by the name Paul.I told him that I still have not heard from anyone regarding this matter.He apologized and stated that he will send another request.
