On April 22 I ordered the Acai X3 to lose weight. They offered me a free trial offer just pay s/h of $2.97 to test for 10 days. I was told that it took 5-7 days for delivery and if i like it keep it and pay for it. After not receiving anything, I called their customer service number and told them I had not received anything (Mike was the rep) He cancelled my order and told me that I just met the deadline to cancel my free trail. the free trial starts from the day you order it not from the time you receive it. that meant I only would have had only (3) days to try it and cancel. Well the product never came in the mail so I called back and spoke to courtney on 4-30-09 and she told me that it takes 2-3 weeks to receive shipments. They told me before that the free trial starts once I order the product and if it takes 2-3 weeks according to courtney a customer service rep how can I test it for 10 days free when I didn't get the product in 10 days? Courtney then replied and told me to call back on the 7th of May if I don't receive anything and I can get a refund of my $2.97. I gave it a few more days and I called on the 11th of May and spoke to the supervisor (Shane) who told me there were no notes or comment that reflect my conversation with them and that I was not going to get a refund because its "Non Refundable" Itold him for $2.97 your going to risk the reputation of you company and product and he said he didn't care if I turned them into the various authorities (Wow)

That was My experience and i'm sure i'm not the only one they done this to so beware!
