The company offered a 14 day trial / pay shipping fee of $5.99; order was placed on 19 March 2009. The product was not shipped from company until 10 and 11 April 2009 and included a statement that said a charge of $88.75 was made to credit card for product and susequent supply.

I never received the product until 14 April 2009. Upon realizing that my credit card has been charged I contacted customer service on 14 April (date of receipt of packages) to advise (i) I just received the product and (ii) request to cancel the order as I did not want the company charging for a product that I did not try. The company customer service agent advised that the charge has already been made to my credit card and that their terms and conditions stated that there was a 15 day trial period and that the trial period started from the time of order and not by receipt of product.

No invoice was received for the charge made to credit card.

Resolution Sought: Refund the illegal charge of $88.75 to my credit card. Stop their false advertising that the product is offered with a trial period.
