Ordered the free trail size and then found out about how they treated their customers. Canceled bot by email and US Mail; recieved confirmation of cancellation, but yet still got charged. Then recieved a condecending email from Chris Brown, CustomerService. Immediately called my bank and the filed a complaint (which can be done online) with the Federal Trade Commission. If you have been ripped off ny these folks, please file. The FEd will have to do something sooner or later and get buried in email. This whole thing is a scam and be warned they do this for several products!
