ACars - Palm A Shaikh - Mohammad Y. Khan ripoff fraud business in Auto Repair East Point Georgia

I took my car for Oil Leak Repair last year in April 2004. I spent more than $600 and still the engine is leaking oil. I kept on going to the shop to request to fix the issue. Finally in December 2004 the person tried to fix it but caused more damage of $100 to my car. The oil still is leaking. Then I was in California till May 2005. After coming back, I contacted him again (as agreed in December 2004) to fix my car. My car stayed at his shop for three weeks and he did not do any thing. He kept on ignoring my phone calls and when after getting frustrated, I went to pick my car he gave me a hard time. Worst come worst, he did something to my car and it stop working. Eventually, I towed my car from there and paid $400 to get it fixed.

Now since first week of July, I been asking him that if cannot fix my car after so many months, then please give my money back. Then, he wrote me a check from a close bank account.

Now I am trying to reach him and he is not picking up the phone and ignoring my call. He seems to be putting me in loops. I sued them in the court and they are now lying that they have ever touched my car. They have been operating with a proper business license before April 05 and now claim that it is a new business and they have nothing to do with my car issues.

The case date has been set. The decision will be made on December 15'th 2005. I hope that this will teach them a lesson and will protect community from this Fraudulent business operation under Palm A. Shaikh & Mohammad Y. Khan.
