THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THE SERVICE IS THE WORST AND THE OWNER DOES NOT HELP THE SITUATION. THE INTERNET SERVICE IS VERY CLOSE TO DIAL UP. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ISP IN SOUTH FLORIDA STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING OT COLLECT THERE MONEY YET NEVER WILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. DO YOUR SELF AND ANYONE YOU KNOW A FAVOR IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA  AREA.  LET THEM KNOW ACCELERATED BROADBAND IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. TH OWNER IS A SCUM BAG AND WILL NOT TAKE CALLS. EACH TIME YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WAIT FOR AN HOUR AND NEVER GET CALLS BACK.

To Message is for this website directly "ripoff report.com".  I would like to know whoever wrote the following message on your site:

Whoever wrote this article or post obviously has a personal vendetta against Accelerated Broadband.  Everything they are stating is factually incorrect.  Our internet service varies in speeds depending on the property but if someone is having a technical issue we are always willing to resolve the issue and make sure we provide the highest level of customer service.  This person also should be held legally liable for making statements such as "the owner is a scumbag".  I strongly suggest if this customer has or had our service to make their name known and not hide behind an internet post that is factually incorrect and a down right lie.  Accelerated Broadband is a member of the Better Business Bureau and prides itself on customer service standards and policies.  We try and resolve any and all issues that any customer will have or has had at any time.  We always try to resolve any issue and do everything in our power to do so.  I apologize if this customer had a bad experience but what they state on this website is a downright LIE and NOT TRUE.  If this person REALLY wanted to be serviced properly they would provide their name, unit number, telephone number, and property in which they live or lived in.  Whoever filed this report, if you still have our service we would welcome any information on your account to make sure you are being serviced properly.  If you are no longer a customer, we wish you the best of luck with any future provide and advise you in the future to not make slanderous and liable statements and hide behind online postings if you are having an issue.
