i work for this company and its very cut thoart. the managers of coaches which they call, they very aggasive you had to sell a min of 25 sell a week or you will lose your job .i felt bad when basic telling poor people you can work for the postal office with this book .you go ahead study and resigter yourself for examination what a bunch of crap!!!! you place ads in the newspaper telling people now hiring very misleading!!! when they calling about a job not trying to buy a book!!!! this company has been on the news back in nov 2008 the owner is facing a federal investgation his name is tyler long ceo of this bull***t company...

Why don't you give someone the truth being that you want to call someone out for supposedly not giving the truth. Sounds to me like you might have gotten the boot from the company for not doing your job.
The company has been doing business for years and has actually done quite well. They have a fantastic refund policy with a customer service department that takes the time to make sure they are getting the assistance that they need.
Tell you what, why don't you go down to your local post office and ask them how to obtain a position or materials to study. I bet you get no where FAST! I bet they tell you to go to the library and use those out of date materials and to call an 800 number for instructions on obtaining a position to which you are told then to contact a human resources division to which you are instructed to go into your local post office and the fun starts all over again. They just make you run around in circles. Testing Authority provides you with over 300 pages that are up to date, several complete practice exams, and the instructions that DO assist candidates in moving forward to be eligible to take an exam.
It's people like you that speak before they think and don't have the knowledge to back themselves up. How about you post the instructions on how to move forward since you feel as though you know everything.
