AccessoryCircut.com Classic Bait and Switch!!! Internet

I purchased a Panasonic battery from them for my Panasonic camera because the camera software will only accept a Panasonic battery. They call the next day saying that the Panasonic battery was on back order and they want to upgrade me to a better battery. I told them the deal about the software and they said that this upgraded battery was compatible. I said no thanks, and was asked why I wouldnt want an upgrade. I said because thats not what I ordered, and that I wanted what I ordered. He continued to argue with me about the upgrade so finally I had enough and said goodbye. In a few weeks I called to check the status of my order and was again asked to take the upgraded battery. When I told them it wouldnt work they said that they would send my order right out. When it arrived it was the upgraded battery, and of course it didnt work. I called and told them that they had sent the wrong battery and that I still wanted the battery that I ordered. Well its been 14 weeks since I placed the original order and still no battery. I check the status every week and I get the same lame reply: were working on it. I'd hate for anyone to get taken by them! There are things posted all over the net about them. This is ILLEGAL! Ill be registering a complaint to the BBB.
