AccessoryCircut.com bait and switch and directly lied to me when I called back to question price of item I purchased Internet

I ordered a Canon nb-9l battery for my new sd 4500is camera, from acccessorycircut.com . The next day I got a message to call them because there was a problem with my order. I called and the lady said my battery would take 3-4 weeks to get. I said I could wait. Then she said they had a Vivitar replacement battey with better features that would work, which I could have for $49.99 for my inconveniece. The price of the canon battery $42.00 . I said ok, second bad move,first was ordering in the first place before checking around. I tried to find this battery online and couldn't find much except one price for $14.99.  I called them back and got a guy in sales who assured me that this battery was superior to the canon, he said it had a thermal overload to stop over charging. I asked if they had a return policy and he said 14 days. I got the battery today and it is 14 days, with authorization and 10% restocking fee. I guess I will take this as a lesson learned because I beleive if I sent this back they would have the bogus battery and my money. These people must be theives or why would they risk losing a new for $50.00. I hope my credit card is not in jepardy.Do not buy from these people!
