I was sent the card, I activated it only to pay my electricity bill online. Loaded 20 dollars on there they took 9.95 saying monthly charge which hasn't been a month and I tried to pay my 20 bill online and card was declined because they took my money off and when I talked to their supervisor I was told well you should of added extra ten on their but theirs nothing I can do about that. What card charges 10 dollars monthly fee and not to mention my lights are are shut off and I currently lost my job last month.
