i have got nothing but lies from this company they tell you all kinds of stuff to get you to sign a 6 month contract. then they just keep lying  they tell you if your not satisfied you can get your money back and that is another lie. then they turn around and say you can only get your money back if no items were repired or deleted. and times it by 3. 1 item can be 3 if you say all 3 credit reporting agencies it can be the same item but when i got my credit report the items i paid off did not dissapear they stay on there for 7 more years so this company is a scam and a real bad waste of money. 

 then the person you start out with will quit and they think they can get away with what that person said and dont back up anything the person thats not there anymore said they keep changing it every time you talk to them.   these people took me for 1650.00 and i would like for someone to help me get them removed and get the peoples money back that they scammed this is not right at all  please warn everyone about this company.    then when you tell them you are going to report them they just say do what you gotta do. exact words from cancellation department i talked to today. this has got to be stopped!!!!!

first of all i wanted to cancel this deal 3 months ago and i was told if i cancel before my 6 month contract was up i would not receive any money back if I WAS NOT SATISFIED...PERIOD. was not told about repairs or deletions would be a factor or i would have canceled 3 months ago. now i get a call from raymond the manager and he has the nerve to call me and say they would like to see more progress if i let them continue my account. well they sent out 4 letters in a 6 month period that does not cost 1650 or even half i asked for some kind of proof of letters that they sent out and that is not possible. y  if a lawyer does work for you he/she will show you the papers that are sent out. y is accurise so different and i found out on my computer i can do the same thing for 14.95 a month not 90.00 a month. when i first started talking to accurise i was dealing with a fellow by the name of collin keller.  i was told if i let them do my credit i could have a second person on the same account for free. so i acted as if i was the only one just to find out how much it would cost and i got told 450.00  ok so then when i found out how much i added my free second person and then was told it would be like 710.00 i told them no because thats not what i was told. i was told second person for free. accurise settled with me cuz that was the only way i was gonna accept the deal i guess i should of learned from the start . that this company was nothing but a scam yes my credit score only went up 30 points but i was told by collin keller i would beable to get a loan anywhere when they got it straightened out but do not tell you it will cost a fortune to get to that point. they made it sound like it would only take 6 months hugh more like 6 years of paying them 200 a month not me no more they got enough of my money  accurise i hope you and all your lying employees are happy with yourselves knowing you scam people and dont take responsibility for what your employees promise people just to steel their money. i have 6 items deleted from my account but they are still there till 2013 and 2017   not deleted

After reviewing this customer's concerns and investigating the results from our work, it seems this client has seen positive results from our efforts.  Here is a brief explanation of services provided and our results based guarantee as described in the contract signed by the client in September of 2011:  The scope of work is defined as generating and sending dispute letters based on the client's reason for dispute in attempt to correct errors and other misleading information on the client's credit report.  The company will dispute any credit information as instructed by the client that is potentially erroneous, inaccurate, or accurate but technically misleading and demand these errors are corrected.  The guarantee states: Guarantees performance of all services set forth in this agreement to achieve an accurate credit report on the Client's behalf. We do not guarantee the permanent removal of accurate and verifiable information but if we are unable to correct or delete at least one dispute item from any of the three reporting agencies, we refund 100% of all fees paid.  This client however, does not qualify for the refund due to experiencing multiple updates/deletions from our services provided.  A copy of this signed agreement was sent to the customer by email once signed on 9/15/2011.  This customer has been heavily speaking with our support staff since starting services in September 2011 with many contacts this year as well.  Here is an email sent to the client after speaking with our support team on 3/22/12 handling all clients signed before Jan 2012:
