I answered a cell phone call soliciting me to buy some supplies for my plumbing business. I placed an order. The product I received was of an inferior quality but since I had opened the package I paid the exorbitant amount (more than I had been told).
I had received another call and had told the sales person no but the package arrived anyway. I have not opened it and have been bombarded by phone calls with each one ruder than before demanding payment. Each time I have stated I do not want the merchandise and feel free to have it picked up at my office which I share with another company.
Now I am receiving 1 call after another with threats, profanity and yelling. The other company that I share an office with is also being harrassed to the point of totally tying up the phone. That office line gave out the cell number of the other business's owner and she cannot conduct her business for yelling & cursing phone calls 1 after another; threat after threat.
Please avoid doing any business with this company at all costs. You will receive inferior merchandise and totally awful customer service!!

I am sorry to hear of your negative experience with a third party collection agency. Any orders that pass a 60-day due date from the date of order processing are sold to a Third Party Collection Agency. Your account was most likely referred to National Recovery. You can address all complaints and questions with them directly at (424) 333-1501. Ace industrial supply will never issue threats, profanity or demands of any kind. Each order has a specific time frame of term for payment (i.e. NET-30, 60, COD, etc...). Once the courtesy calls at 30 days, 45 days and 60 days do not resolve the payment (or satisfactory order resolution) the account is sold to a third party agency.
Our policies for verification and customer service are quite stringent with regards to accuracy and satisfaction. Before an order can be shipped to a customer there is a multi-step process of verification before it can actually be shipped. Once and order is made between a customer and a member of the sales staff, the order will again be verified by by phone with a member of our verification staff to ensure the customer is confirming the accuracy of the merchandise, the cost, terms of payment, correct ship-to and bill-to address and additional contact information. If all of these items are not verified, we will not ship an order and there are no exceptions to this.
If an order is received by a customer that is incorrect or not as promised, our customer service staff is equipped and authorized to resolve any order that may need addressing. Additionally we will not call, nor demand payment of any kind. We will call when the order has arrived to offer a small discount and for early payment and to ensure all items are complete with your order and will follow up with a reminder calls as the order date nears or is slightly past due. Ace will never contact a neighboring company or number not associated with an account for any reason. The only contact information Ace has for a particular customer, is the information provided by the customer during the verification phone call.
