Raj Kumar the CEO of ACF Global really knows how to talk a good BS game. He and his staff promised to create new molds for the production of our product Xtreme Rollers and we never even received a single sample.
In November of 2013 we paid ACF Global $40,000 to have production ready molds created by January 2014. When we met with Raj, he promised to help distribute our product with his international sales force, he would help defer manufacturing costs(because he owned the factory), get us on QVC, create a box... It is now October and nothing has been delivered. He had conference calls scheduled and meetings scheduled with us and just hang up or not be available.
After many months of his lies we hired on an attorney and filed a lawsuit against him for breach of contract. So ACF Global, Raj Kumar, was supposed to deliver pictures of these supposed molds his factory created, never received. Next these supposed molds were to be delivered in 12 days, now at day 24 no delivery. My guess is even if even if we ever receive the molds, they will be unusable.
After we started the attorney process, we did some further research and found that the facilty address he lists in New Hampshire does not even have the square footage to staff the supposed 120 employees he says he has.
Stay away from Raj Kumar and ACF Global, I wish someone told me to.

Ray offered to settle our case if I removed my bad reviews from this and any other internet media that I wrote. I told his attorney to send payment and when it has cleared the bank then i will remove all y negative reviews. Of course when it actually came to making a payment he failed to do so and now it has been 3 months with no communication from him or his attorney.
Stay away from Raj Kumar aka Raj Dhameja and ACF Global USA they are fraudulent scum who should be put in jail.
