BEWARE: Ordered 30-day RISK FREE trial of Acai Berry Detox, Paid 99 cents for shipping the trial as advertised. After almost two weeks passed, I received the bottle of berries with a flyer enclosed in the box and nothing else (no receipt or shipping info). Then 2 days later, $89 was charged to my credit card from this same company! I called the 800 number on the flyer and was told by their customer service lady that it explains at the bottom of the web site in "fine print" that I have 17-days from the date I called in the order to cancel, or they charge for a full order. Went to site, NO SUCH CLAIM ANYWHERE on the web site (I have a screen shot of the site I can include). When I told her this, the lady said the site was recently updated. She refused to give me a credit! Then I went to the web site and found the Return policy.  I called and was given a RMA number to return the product, but only have a few days to do so, since it took two weeks for the product to be delivered.  This is the biggest fraud scam I have seen in a while!!!!  If they have a 17-day trial offer, then they should say on the site "17-day" and not 30-day!!"  I have been in advertising for over 20 years and this is pure fraud!!!   Also, there is nowhere in the site that tells how much your card will be charged if you decide to keep the product!!  It gives the impression that once the trial is over, you must order more product.  It certainly does not make it clear on the site that you will be charged within 17 days if you don't call and cancel, and since it take two weeks to receive the product, how can you know if will even work for you or if you like the product if you only have a day or two to use it before they charge your credit card for the product?  This is fraud in it's purest form.  Misrepresentation of the truth is fraud in any book!!!  They said that people who order should read the fine print!  I say, if businesses are honest, they don't need to hide their terms and conditions in a long page of legal jargon that most people don't understand anyway!
