ACRCF James Welsh director Pretended to be American cancer society to obtain clothing kitchen decorative household jewelry and other useable surplus of all kinds San Antonio Texas

here is yet another 501 charity registered in TX that cold calls from FL scamming people for their donations of clothing kitchen decorative household jewelry and other useable items  which they pick up and sell to thrift and other stores in the name of charity. although these people appear to be on the up and up they are not! I originally was sent a postcard It states that this charity is located in San Antonio TX and also 31 Industrial hwy ESSINGTON PA 19029 take a drive to the ESSINGTON address I did,  make your own evaluation.

I was originally told that my "stuff" would be picked up on Wednesday between 8 AM and 4 PM I got a telephone call Tuesday before the planned pick up. I was then was told sometimes they pick up as late s 6:30 PM. I replied that that is unacceptable and I had already slotted the time between 8 and 4.  I pick my wife up from work so after 4 is no good. I was then told that the person that I originally spoke to will be "retrained" but I would have to wait until as late as 6:30 PM for the pick up. well I am pretty good at recognizing voices and the person I was speaking to WAS the person I originally spoke with.

Small operation of thieves you guessed it! this got me suspicious so I asked for a supervisor she says I am the supervisor. I then asked for her boss she said he would call me which he did Mr. James Welsh ,  one of the rudest most obnoxious people I have ever spoken to. First he asked me how my day was and I said not so good, he then asked me what my problem was and I told him that I was given the time.....and before I could say anything else he said you were not given a time we do not give times and you can take your donation elsewhere. I then asked what their relation to the American Cancer Society was? when I originally had received the phone call confirming the pick up I was told this is THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY RESEARCH FOUNDATION  the supposed supervisor needs some retraining herself as their initials are ACRCF yes they make you think you are giving to THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY but in reality you're giving to John Welsh who sells your stuff for $$$ then gives a tiny stipend to some research foundation that is no relation to the American cancer Society. Maybe his daughter is doing research for college I do not know but there are no phone numbers and no proof or statement of where the money goes, be sure most of the money is not going where you think it is. These 501 scammers are becoming big business and John Welsh is one of them Yes a Scammer so BE CATEFUL ....GIVE him NOTHING.

The best way to get even with thieves like these is to tie up green bags with trash and leave it out on the curb when they come for a pick up just make sure you mark the bags ACRCF and put some old clothes on top Before you tie the bag. These bogus 501 Companies  tend to remove your porch furniture and anything else within 20 feet of the bag please see other complaints elsewhere on the net ....then they will tell you within hours that your stuff is already sold...scammers YOU BEY YA!! Can we get even Yes donate trash you will rid these scammers from pretending to be Charities.
