Software causes more problems than it solves. As of right now it's boot loader intended for loading a recovery enviroment if and only if it is selected as a bootup option has taken control of the boot process and will not allow the operating system to start. There have been numerous other problems too. After this ripoff operations software corrupted my computer system completely preventing it from booting they now demand that we pay a fee to figure out how to fix it since they don't provide support after 30 days even when their garbage software corrupts your OS. Oh yeah and the only tech support available is by chat which takes FOREVER with completely incompetent support personnel who can't even grasp that this is a bootup issue even when you give them an exact description of the problem. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with in all respects. Avoid this software at all costs. It is complete garbage that will damage your computer just like a virus. In fact, as far as I am concerned, it is a virus. Buy anything else and if you have this software charge it back on your credit card before it's too late.
