ACS AMERICAN CREDIT SOLUTION ripoff TAMPA Florida

i receive a call offerme a credit card with $4000.00 credit, Just like many others, I recieved a card in the mail stating that I had a card waiting for activation. When I called about it, the person claimed that it was a visa platinum card, and the processing fee was $199.95.

I asked the sales person many times if this was visa, and manytimes she said yes. So I decided to go for it after she claimed that they could take it from my checking account at a later date. But before I gave her the information I ask again will this be visa, and again she said yes.

So I went ahead & gave him my checking info. When I recieved my package all I got was this catalog and paper stuff. This was not what I signed up for!!!! I didn't pay 199.95 for a catalog & paper stuff!!! It took me a while to get the numbers for these guys and when I finally got it they told me they had to review there tape and to call back.

When I did call them back they said that I could return my package but I had to put a RAN# on it so it is visable to see. And that they would put back my money the same way they took it out. They also said that they only do the re-deposit on Wednesday.

I fax my bank rating# plus my home phone number, and celullar number, and address, and they never call me or mail a check for 199.95, until now every week i sent a fax requesting my money, i know some day the police will catch this people and they will be suffer triple, because i was specting the money. some day, some day.
