ACS Collaction Agency I received a voice Messege on my cell Phone from 1-888-238-6515 telling me that I had commited a check Fraud and that they were looking for me to serve me with a summons on check fraud charges this ca she said she was going to my home and if not found would go to my place of employment with Law Enforcement officers N/A, New York

I received a Call from ACS Collaction Agency from 1-888-238-6515 2/11/11 and since I could not come to the phone at time of the call they left a voice messege stating that she was a summons officer and had to serve me with a summons to appear in court on check fraud charges and for me to call 1-888-238-6515 ASAP because she would be going to my home or place of Employment with Law Enforment Officers to serve me with said summons. I called said number and no one answered so I left a messege stating that I have not used a check in many years and that I have not received anything from them and that they have my address and that am requesting they send me something through the mail.
