They give a case number and loan info with loan company _ACS Incorp

which I've never heard of stating it's some payday services company. Even if a person files BK they still break all laws and harass them from our research. They use the scare tactics of threats and say to pay immediately or else. They break all collection laws and Bankruptch laws.
