ACS Legal Services John Davis called to saying that there was pending legal action against my name and ssn los angeles, California

I have received several calls from a man with a heavy indian accent claiming to be John Davis and that i need to have my attorney call him immediately because of pending legal action against my name and SSN.  He ends the message with "if you don't return the call I cannot help what happens to you and may God go with you".

When I finally returned the call and asked to find out what was going on, Mr. Davis said that I needed to speak with someone else who was handling my case - the connection is very bad and you can hear a lot of people talking in the backround.
