ACS is contacting everyone in the United States.  The hope is that someone will be scared into giving them money.  There are warnings about these scammers all over the internet and on the news. Tell them you are aware of their scam and to stop wasting their time.  Eventually, they will give up. With them, it's a game of numbers. If they contact 1,000 random people with threats, statistically at least a handful of people are going to pay them something out of fear and ignorance. Don't be their victim!
