ACS John Harry or Eric EXTREME FRAUD FROM A FAKE COMPANY CALLED ACS USING A TELEPHONE #347-286-7380 ,ARABIC SOUNDING VOICE, Richmond, New York

01/06/11 Received a call from a man with an Arabic or Indiana sounding voice claiming that I was being sued for an online payday loan from Advance Cash USA. Before he would identify himself and explain the nature of his call, he made me verify my social security number, date of birth and home address before telling me that I was being sued. When I started to dispute the claim and request additional information regarding the alleged obligation, he hung up on me. He terminated the next few calls from me by simply hanging up before finally he answered armed with a plethora of epithets and threats. During the man's verbal assault he forgot to use his accent. I had a friend of mine, call him from another number shortly thereafter using a fictitious name, address and social security number. The man with the phony accent, verified the fictitious name, social security number and address that my friend randomly provided. The man with the phony accent threatened to steal my identity between his rants and raves. These people are frauds attempting to steal peoples indentities. I am currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commisoner, the Richmond, NY Police Department, as well as other blog sites. In addition, I am placing fraud alerts on my credit reports with Transunion, Experian, and Equifax for the next year. If you have received any calls from (347) 286-7380 and/or a man with an accent protect your credit immediately and follow the aforementioned steps above. The Federal Trade Commisoner verified with me that these people are frauds. Good luck!
