This company used to operate their scam under a different name: Active Energy.. But they were so successful in their fraud that they had to change their name to Action Energy because of all the rip-off reports and BBB claims against them.

They try to sell a "territory" or a chance at owning a small business as being aN energy shot distributor to people who are interested in routes/small businesses such as Wise, Peppridge farm, Boars Head, Snapple, etc.  They make these extremly false claims on how big the energy shot business is and that they outsell 5-hour energy (their main "competitor) 10 to 1 in their existing accounts...YEAH RIGHT....They make you fill out a distributor questionaire first, then they contact you to put you through about 10 live webinars and videos to tell you what they do....you CAN't ask any real questions otherwise the main fraudster, some rip-off artist names Jim Contrini will tell you that your uneducated and not what they are looking for.  What makes them SO SUCCESSFUL is that they turn down people alot which gives them the illusion of exclusivity - great idea as a scam...even Bernie Madoff the Ponzi Scheme of 80Billion dollars in 2008, turned down most people then he took in as clients, to create that fake illusion of exclusivity when in reality it was all white wash and smoking mirrors - ALL FAKE!!! no company, no manufactering, no distributors, no actual events they claim they sponsered...all in the name of the application fee of $250 AND the cost of the territory you MUST buy of anywhere from $7,900 - $20,000!!!!  unsusspecting people have actually paid their hard earned money for this territory only to find out the product DOENST EVEN EXIST.  They protect themselves by saying that it was a business risk that you took on and you just lost about 10k of your hard earned money.
