I currently have a sprinker system that i wanted to have a few repairs on and up and running by Thanksgiving of 2018. I contacted them and Joshua Cox came out and looked at the sprinker system and stated that the repairs could be done by Thanksgiving. We met on October 31, 2018 and i received a quote for Service on 11/2/18. I approved the quote and the service was to take place on 11/12/18 between 9:00am - 12:00pm. I received an automated email asking for confirmation, i confirmed the servics appointment. on 11/12/18 i took off work and waited all day and no one showed or called to provide any updates on when they were coming. I called numerous times and kept getting the answering service. Reluctantly i set up another service request for today 11/21/18 from 9:00am - 12:00pm to perform the service job. I have been here all day again, no call or show up. I go outside to check the mail and I have a note on the door that says they showed up but left. When i spoke to Joshua i gave him permission to start the work in the yard because all of the work that needed to be done was on the outside of the house and he stated I did not need to be home for them to get started. I call the number on the card that was left in my door back, the rep states that she is contacting the workers to turn around and come back. it is now 4:16pm and no one has showed up even after the rep said that they were on their way numerous times. I believe this is bad business practice and I will be taking my monies elsewhere.
