Since I will never use you guys again, your gift certificate is useless. Either send me a cheque for the $50.00 for the broken lamp or we leave the report on file and you can keep your gift certificate. 

Also, don't forget that your driver while leaving my house walked into my screen door and broke it (which I did not claim), then left without even an apology. 

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received from Action Moving & Storage. Unfortunately, as stated in the letter we sent you there is a $295 deductible on all the insurance policies we offer. We apologize if this was not explained to you. This does not excuse the fact that your calls were not returned  and we have addressed this internally. We are a family business that has been in operation for over 40 years. We operate over a 6000 moves a year across Canada and North America, and we want our customers to return to us year after year.
