Action Property Management The women in charge of accounting Unethical and Poor Customer/Client service! I am being charged $25 fees and harrassed for each HOA notice received by this Property MGNT company.I doubt the home owner that hired them will be pleased Gilbert, Arizona

We have been renting a home through Action Property Management for two years. We love the home and take care of it and pay on time etc. However, when our lease is out we will NOT renew and it's unfortunate that someone is trusting in this company to keep their home rented to maintain their income.
We have only received 4 HOA warnings in the two years. Two notices for a garbage or recycling bin in view,  one for two newspapers in our driveway, and one for weeds in our rock just after it rained a lot last year. We used to be home owners and I know the HOA gives notices that do NOT include fees unless the problem persists. However, this company has charged us $25 per notice and we get an HOA letter in the mail, a copy from the property management in the mail, and a certified letter each time that says we have 10 days to fix it or get out and a fee for violating said leasing terms.
 Nobody likes to be threatened, unappreciated, and charged fees for something that cost them 6 sheets of paper and a couple of stamps. When I confronted them about this I was patronized and told that they didn't care if I didn't renew my lease and the home owner signed the same agreement. This is not how anyone would like to live or have their tenants treated and unfortunately I only have word of mouth against them until our lease is up in September. I had to pay the fees so my two small children, husband and I would not be "evicted" for our garbage can being left out an extra day. This is a communist company that is out to make a dishonest buck wherever they can.
