Actorsonset.com This company claimed to be legit, but i found out later that they were nothing but a fraudilent company. looking to scam people out of money. Hollywood, California

I was sucked in by this company while looking for a ligitament place for extra work. They sounded sincere and did all the right sugar coating. I stupidly signed on with Skylar (1-323-908-3693) on November 10, 2009 at 1:18pm. Transaction #2697035831, and i paid the initial one time feee of $98.90 with the promise of a refund if I didnt recieve any work within 90 days.

Well 90 days came and went. I complained throughout the time repeatedly that I had not been able to access the casting information. That had been fixed promptly by Manny (1-805-736-8206, Employee #365), but then I had another problem. I couldnt access my account, so that was completely redone. I had to put all my information back into the new account.

Then on March 9, 2010, i called the support line (1-323-825-4070), and when I couldnt get through, I called the main line (1-866-955-8320), and I spoke to Tim about my refund. I was then transferred to Alex, a Supervisor, and I asked him about my refund. Alex said for me to contact customer service.

I called back and spoke to Jim Dawson, and then asked him about my refund. i told him i was disatisfied with my account and my membership. I also informed him that i could not get ahold of anyone on the support line. Jim in turn took my information, and promised i'd get a personal callback from support reguarding me refund.

Its now April 7, 2010, and i have still yet to recieve a callback from that company.
